2-1-1 is an easy to remember telephone number that connects people to a full range of non-emergency health and social services in their community.

A half time (20 hours/week) position is available as a Resource Coordinator.  This position is responsible for the accurate, comprehensive development of information and resource data for the 2-1-1 web-based database. This individual will work with outside agencies to obtain resource information, write descriptions about agencies and their services, and enter information into the resource database according to the established style guidelines.  Requirements include a Bachelors degree with one to two years of experience data mining, managing database input and cataloguing new entries into the database for quick easy access and strong working knowledge of computers and software programs.  This individual must be extremely detail-oriented with an ability to write clear, concise, accurate descriptions of agencies, programs, and services, according to the established style guidelines and 2-1-1 standards.  Experience with multicultural services is desirable.
