Find Help
Need Help?
The United Way of Androscoggin County has partnered with 10 other United Way's, the State of Maine and Ingraham in support of 2-1-1 Maine.
2-1-1 is the dialing code for free access to health and human services information and referral. 2-1-1 Maine is available to everyone needing help, especially in times of crisis. Information and referral specialists answer calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Want to Help?
Everyone can find a way to give back to our communities whether on an occasional basis or each week. If you want to see improvement in your
neighborhood, school, city or favorite agency, get involved. There are so many ways: serve food, help out on a board or committee, mentor a child or share your artistic talent with a nursing care facility.
Many of our partner agencies need volunteers. For more information on volunteering and to find out how you can get involved, visit VolunteerMaine.
