1. One contribution to the United Way campaign means you are supporting more than 50 programs in 30 local partner agencies that assist friends, neighbors, family and co-workers.

2. United Way of Androscoggin County dollars remain local, helping people in our community.

3. Together with United Way of Androscoggin County, local agencies provided service to more than 30,000 people in our community.

4. Extensive involvement from local volunteers allows the United Way to keep our fundraising and overhead costs low.

5. Community volunteers evaluate agency performance and thoroughly study budgets to make sure United Way dollars are spent efficiently and with impact.
