Androscoggin Bank Employees Exceed 110% Giving Challenge  

LEWISTON, MAINE (November 9, 2015) United Way of Androscoggin County was pleased to accept a check in the amount of $11,103.10 from the employees of Androscoggin Bank as a pledge of support to the local campaign.

Community Funds raised during the annual campaign are invested back the community by funding programs that touch the lives of all ages of life; programs including early education, financial literacy, food security, rides for medical needs and much more. “Androscoggin Bank employees have continued to show their support of what community means by volunteering, serving as board members and donating in excess of $164,912 over the past 7 years. This year alone, employees from the Bank increased their overall giving by 65%” stated Executive Director, Joleen Bedard.
